Cons: The Artisan mixer is of low quality. The Artisan mixer has motor/gear quality problems.

The Bottom Line: I do not recommend purchase. Poor quality in the motor/gear housing. Also, poor quality-control. A second Artisan mixer sent to our home was also defective.
