Good until broken

Unfortunately, it has only 1 year warranty.
My unit has broken on the second year and I could use my hand fingers when I used it.

I have many devices of this company. Blender had broken after warranty expired, I called and they replaced unit with another one. That why I decide to stick with this company.
This time I called again.
Polite voices gave me many scenarios why it could be broken (I called twice). Each time explanation was that I used for one or another function (mixing or grinding) – wrong speed or over tight holding nut. I thought that company sell mixer for use and not for display on the countertop.
May be company knew that 1 year warranty for none commercial mixer is enough to cover risk of users like me who using only to impress the guest of the house.
The end of the story – they do not want to change it.
Sadly, I have many KitchenAid attachments.
Well, I need to find another company I could trust.

I was happy with motor capacity (325 Watts) and size of the bowl (5 Quarts) – right configuration for my household. After Artisan broken, I look for other, more powerful models – 425 or 570 Watts. They have the same warranty (???) and size wise looks too big.
