I love my mixer!

We purchased our red Artisan mixer refurbished for about $150.00. I am so happy with this purchase! Making pizza dough has never been so easy! I used to spend forever kneading the dough before it'd be the consistency needed but now I just put all my ingredients into the bowl, turn it on and walk away. 5-7 minutes later I have perfectly kneaded pizza dough!

This mixer is so easy to use. Even my daughter will be able to use this soon.

I love the different speeds and the locking feature which keeps the head of the mixer from "jumping" up and down when beating a heavy dough or cookie batter. It's so easy to clean too. Just a quick wipe down and back in the corner it goes!

I have to say too, that it is a pretty appliance to have on your countertop. I'm always getting compliments on it and questions about where I got it. I like that there are so many choices in color too. That gives lots of options to coordinating one with your kitchen.

The bowl is nice and deep. It's perfect for keeping flour from flying out and getting everywhere. Now if only I was able to do that!

There are so many other optional features as well, like meat grinder and noodle making attachments.

I know this will last a lifetime too. My mom purchased one that was 20 years old-that was about 15 years ago. It's still going strong.

I recommend this mixer to anyone! Whether you bake all the time or just a little, this mixer makes things a lot easier!
