Epinions Logitech Marble Mouse The one eyed mouse

by  opinionated3, lead in Computer Hardware ,  Mar 26, 2004
Pros: Very smooth pointer movement, well contoured to fit your palm
Cons: none yet
The Bottom Line: Excellent replacement for even a good optical mouse. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a very accurate mouse.
Review: We are testing some new computer equipment and I got to test out a new trackball mouse that we are considering switching some of our older two button ball style mice. I was more than happy to try out one of these new mice. I have used a trackball in the ...

Epinions Logitech Marble Trackball Mouse - Pointing and Clicking Faster and Smoother Than Ever

by  AliventiAsylum,  Mar 31, 2007
Pros: easy to install, smooth use, easy to use, very comfortable, speeds up surfing
Cons: may be hard for some to adjust to
The Bottom Line: A pleasure to use and so much easier than moving my hand and arm wildly around the desk to make the pointer go where I want.
Review: I’m something of an oddity in the computer world. I much prefer a trackball to a traditional mouse. I like not having to move it all over the desk. A trackball stays in one spot and I move the pointer around by rolling the ball with my finger. ...

Epinions Logitech Marble (904360-0403)

by  GaryD,  Mar 9, 2007
Pros: Stylish, High-quality, dependable, a fully functional, Ergonomically designed no moving parts to degrade.
Cons: Absolutely NONE. Several years experience with Logitech and product.
The Bottom Line: Spend much time at PC, protect your wrist from carpal tunnel, Logitech Marble is an excellent choice, low cost, high-quality product, 3-year warranty. A must have.
Review: The Kingston trackball on my secondary workstation is physically shot. I attempted cleaning to no avail. The tracking forward, backward and to the right work reasonablely well, but it's nearly impossible to move the cursor to the left or in a diagonal ...

Epinions The search for the ideal pointing device ends here.

by  JoeEkaitis,  Apr 25, 2002
Pros: "Marble" optical tracking prevents pointer sticking and stalling, uses NO mechanical rollers.
Cons: Not a good choice for die-hard mouse aficionados (there are still a few).
The Bottom Line: The Logitech Marble Mouse Trackball is what the personal computer mouse should have been. For the money, you can't buy a better, more reliable pointing device.
Review: The Logitech Marble Mouse Trackball is possibly THE most intelligently designed pointing device for PCs and Macintosh personal computers. First of all, in spite of its name, it's a trackball, the superior successor to the computer mouse. Unlike a mouse,...

Epinions Track ball, better than a wireless mouse

by  cartan,  Jul 14, 2004
Pros: Great replacement for a mouse without the expense, batteries, hesitation, noise of a wireless mouse.
Cons: Slight "learning curve".
The Bottom Line: This is a well designed, smooth operating, optical trackball that makes me wish I had not spent more on my own wireless optical mouse.
Review: After being spoiled by a wireless mouse, not having to drag the cord with every movement, I was frustrated when using the better half's external corded mouse on a cluttered desk. I thought the solution would be another wireless mouse, perhaps a ...

Epinions Logitech's crowning achievement!

by  fusion01k,  Dec 16, 2006
Pros: Comfortable, easy to get used to, sleek and attractive.
Cons: None at all.
The Bottom Line: I've never seen/used a better product than the USB Logitech Marble Mouse. For the price I paid it is a steal and you can find them under $20 now.
Review: I probably sound like I just bought this item by the title of this but I have to say I have owned, used this daily for several years, probably around the turn of the millennium. Works flawlessly and reliable. I can't tell you how many mice I've been ...

Epinions Best trackball I've used yet!

by  davediamond,  Jul 20, 2002
Pros: Smooth movement, great ergonomics.
Cons: No scroll wheel (but an alternative using the ball is provided)
The Bottom Line: Even diehard mouse users will feel comfortable with this trackball's slick design
Review: I chose this trackball after having tried (and returned) two other trackball models: the Logitech Trackman optical and the Microsoft Trackball Explorer. The Trackman, while an admirable device, just never felt quite right to me. I guess its the fact that...

Epinions Best Darn TrackBall Period.

by  fritz_t_coyote,  Jul 22, 2002
Pros: Smooth scrolling, South-Paw friendly and Easy to Clean!
Cons: Only 2 buttons, no scroll wheel.
The Bottom Line: Fantastic. Easy to use, easy to clean, southpaw-friendly, and helps prevent carpel tunnel problems.
Review: As part of my continuing battle to avoid surgery for my carpel tunnel problems, I have switched to trackballs.

Finding the right trackball was tricky: My first requirement was that it be ambidextrous, as I am left-handed. This requirement...

Epinions Brilliant.

by  inflateable,  May 31, 2003
Pros: Fast, durable, no cleaning, comfortable
Cons: No wheel.
The Bottom Line: Worth every penny. You'll never go back to a traditional mouse.
Review: This is a great choice if your debating whether to use a trackball for the first time. Very comfortable to use, as the ball protrudes slightly from the body, meaning you can use the mouse is a variety of hand positions.
The oversize buttons add to...
