GOOD MOUSE, POOR SOFTWARE

I love the mouse, but the drivers that came with the mouse sent me into blue screen after I loaded them and shut down. After fixing the dreaded blue screen, I deleted the driver and had no problems, then I downloaded the drivers off their website. It was somewhat problem free, only getting error messages at start up, but after a few boots, it began freezing my computer during start-up, sometimes requiring a hard boot, or two or three before it'd catch. Today I deleted the software, and boxed up the mouse to go back to the store. I'll spend the duckets and get a nice microsux roller ball.

**UPDATE** (1/06/08)

I used the un-install program, so I expected there to be no more Logitech programs associated with this mouse. Not so, I still had issues re-booting. I went into the start-up menu and found a registry key that was still in the start menu and trying to run every time I started my computer (thus causing XP to bog down for 15 minutes on start-up). I deleted this registry key and now my start-up time is back down to 90 seconds.
