Epinions Spartan yet elegant: Form follows function

by  tomhorn,  Jul 18, 2005
Pros: Sturdily-assembled all-metal case, obvious attention to quality control, line-level inputs/outputs for versatile system profile
Cons: Only powers one speaker pair; smallish capacitors; less-than-staggering damping factor
The Bottom Line: Pair it with a good source, and this amplifier will deliver fine stereo sound without forcing you to get a home-equity loan.

Cons: 2 channel only
Review: Bought this amp to power some Definitive StudioMonitor 350's and it pushes them effortlessly and never gets hot. The sound quality is especially good for an amp in this price range. I am using a Denon receiver as a PreAmp only thanks to this ...

Epinions Does its job well

by  bbfan04,  Oct 17, 2004
Pros: Price, warranty, performance in its price range
Cons: None so far
Review: I bought this to power the front mains in my home theater. It sounds very good, and runs cool even when pushed hard with bass heavy music. In the first couple hours of use it would shut off when playing at low volumes (I have it set in the ...
